Common Questions

San Fernando Valley questions worth knowing.

Is Burbank inspected the same way as the rest of the Valley?

No. Burbank runs its own fire department with its own testing schedule and paperwork, and so do Glendale and San Fernando. The rest of the Valley falls under LAFD and Regulation 4. We service all of them, and we file to whichever standard applies at your address.

Can you work around restaurant service hours in the Valley?

Yes. Kitchen work gets scheduled for early mornings or late nights so the line never stops for us. Tell us your service window when you call and we will book around it.
